Mandy Jones

Mandy is an integrative counsellor and a registered member of the NCPS who works on a one to one basis with adults or as part of couples counselling, in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. She uses different tailored approaches, including CBT, Person-Centred and Psychotherapy techniques, to meet clients needs.


Mandy has worked in various roles within the NHS for 27 years, most recently in Mental Health Services, with clinical diagnoses of anxiety/depression, OCD, low-confidence/self-esteem, postnatal depression, trauma, panic attacks, LGBTQ+, personality disorders, bipolar affective disorder, PTSD and EUPD. She also has experience working with people pre and post bereavement.


She has a specialist interest in couples counselling and relationship difficulties.


Mandy has regular peer group and individual supervision, to make sure she works to the standards of the BACP Ethical Framework.
