Alison is an experienced integrative Counsellor, with a flexible way of working, and will always be led by you and work at your pace.

Alison’s first priority will be to offer you a safe space where you are able to feel accepted, press pause on life and have time to focus on you. Allowing you to be able to freely explore your inner thoughts and feelings without judgement.
